Your Growth Path

A structured path. Clear expectations. Real advancement.

Apprentice

$16-$18/hour: The Foundation.

This is the foundation building stage where you learn “why” and the “how". Why proper preparation matters? Why certain products are used and certain processes are implemented. Then, how to apply what you are learning.

Painter I

$18-$20/hour: The Application.

Build upon your foundational skills and start developing your basic painting skills. Work alongside skilled craftsman that are committed to helping you grow and produce quality finishes. Learn to understand a full project scope, your role in it and start to produce quality finishes.

Painter II

$20-$22/hour: Leader of Yourself.

This is where you put your basic skills to the test as you grow into a true craftsman. You will be counted on to produce using the skills you have acquired, while continuing to grow in your skillset. Professional development to understand how to lead yourself well. Learn to interpret the full scope of a project and what it takes to lead a project if called upon.

Painter III

$22-$26/hour: Leader of Team.

You can paint. Now, fine tune highly desired skills so you can learn to do it all. Your next step in professional development to understand how to lead a team, while leading projects. Leading projects means project bonus potential.

Project Manager

Salaried position $$60-$80K/year: Leader of Leaders.

Project managers can do it all AND teach it all. A project manager is counted on to run proejcts, be the top craftsman and a leader of other craftsmen. Sounds great, but it comes with great responsibility. You’ll have tools in your hands less; but, you will be employing the organizational leadership skills acquired. We’ll equip you, but YOU have to want it!

Operations Manager

$70-$100K+/year: Remote Leader.

As operations manager, you are leading Project Managers and are accountable for ALL of the operations for projects once they are scheduled. There is only ONE and you report only to the CEO. Do you think you have what it takes to develop into an Operations Manager?
