Our front door was badly weathered and needed refinishing. Randy, one of their crew did a great job bringing the finish back to life and protecting it from the harsh Michigan winter. Brett and Nolan did a great job of protecting our property, cleaning up afterward and performing a perfect paint job on our living room, hallway and ceilings. Construction dust from the unfinished basement would be brought upstairs after a ping pong or darts game. To say the least, my wife wasn’t happy w/ the current state. Jeff’s team washed the floor w/ a shop vac and let it dry. Once dried, they put down two coats of paint on the floor over a two-day time period. We were very pleased w/ their work, which was on time and on budget. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves at the conclusion of the project. Jeff and Edson were fantastic to work with. I had gotten quotes from other companies, but Jeff came in - was specific on what products he would be using for the job and why, where / what spaces we would be quoting out for which services, the schedule and planning for the work, and at the end of the day - there were no surprises for 12,000 sq ft of work. During the job, I made a change in the work order. Contract was updated and clear. Again, no surprises. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jeff and his team any day. During our final walkthrough, it was evident that Jeff and Edson wanted to complete the job the same way it began - with clear communication, reassurance, and trust. Everything about working with this company was an exceptional experience. Go ahead and meet with other painters - then meet with Jeff. You'll instantly know why this company does so well. There is a high level of personal pride in service and end product. He showed up extra early (bonus points!) and immediately laid down protective floor covering just to walk through the house. He took the time to look over the room and point out/explain some things to me. Normally I feel like people just get to work without saying much, so I really felt assured in his knowledge and professionalism! His work looks great, and his pricing is in line with the industry and his skill level. He even helped me out with a last minute change! And we were SO happy. Wow. Best professional painting company we've dealt with over the last five years (and we've had two previous houses painted). Jeff and his team were amazing -- kind, timely, productive, quick, professional, and did a really great job. In other words, there was nothing any of saw that needed to be touched up or cleaned up after. And they literally (literally) painted our whole interior in 4 days.
