Here is what that looks like.
Step 1: Reaching Out and Getting Scheduled
We start by making it as easy as possible to connect with us.
Whether you fill out a form on our website, send an email, or reach out directly, everything is funneled into our system so no one falls through the cracks.
In today’s environment, customer service can be hit or miss. One of the best ways we serve our customers is by making sure every inquiry has a clear starting point and consistent communication from the beginning.
That is the foundation of our process.
Step 2: Consultation and Proposal
Once we schedule your estimate, we will either review the project remotely or come out in person to walk the space with you.
This is where we take the time to understand your vision, your goals, and your budget. We will talk through what you want to accomplish and help you think through the possibilities.
Typically, we start with the primary project, the must-dos, and then build from there. If it makes sense within your budget, we can also look at adding additional areas or upgrades.
Our goal is to give you a full picture so you can make the best decision for your home.
Step 3: Your Client Portal
Once you receive your proposal, you will also get access to your own online portal.
This is a big part of what makes our process simple and transparent.
Inside your portal, you can:
- View current and past proposals
- See invoices and warranty information
- Add or remove items from your project
It is designed to be user-friendly and give you full control over your project details without any confusion.
Step 4: Scheduling and Design Support
When you accept your proposal and submit the 50% deposit, we will get your project on the schedule.
We start with a tentative schedule and then confirm your exact start date the week before. You will receive reminder emails and text messages so you always know what to expect.
If you need help with colors, we also provide that support as part of our process. Jeff will meet with you directly when possible, and if additional design help is needed, we bring in a professional interior designer at no cost to you.
We handle that because we want you to feel confident in every decision before we begin.
Step 5: Project Execution and Communication
Once everything is finalized, we show up and get to work.
At a minimum, you can expect us to be where we said we would be, when we said we would be there, and to do what we said we would do. That is the baseline.
From there, we aim to exceed expectations whenever possible.
To make sure you have a great experience, we have built multiple layers of communication into our process:
- Daily access to your lead painter on site
- A project manager overseeing the work
- Direct access to Jeff as the owner
These checks and balances are in place to ensure a consistent, five-star experience. If something is not right, we want to know so we can make it right.
Step 6: Completion and Follow-Up
Once your project is complete, we will walk through everything with you to make sure it meets expectations.
At that point, final payment is collected.
We will also ask for a review and, if you had a great experience, referrals as well. As a small business, that feedback means everything to us and helps us continue to serve more homeowners.
